3. Who can rent the accommodation?
Anyone can rent accommodation through our site. In WorldBedrooms.com it’s easy to create a profile (student or executive) which will help you to narrow the options and make your search easy.
4. What is an accommodation "Verified"?

5. What "Hot Locals” means?
Taking the best of your experience living/studying or working abroad have prepared a small descriptive with the hot spots of each region/city to make your experience memorable. 6. What "Bills included" means?
In each accommodation can be labeled with "Bills Included". This feature depends on each case – please check all the details in the description field. Some of the most common bills will be gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV.
If there’s no “Bills included” sign you must be aware of that extra cost.
7. Room types?
7.1 What “Room with a single bed” means?
It means that it comes with a single bed only available for 1 person.
7.2 What “Room with a double bed” means?
It means that it comes with a double bed and it can be available for 2 people.
7.3 What is a Private room?
A private room is a room that is not shared with other people and only you can rent it.
We list several types of private rooms that you can find in WorldBedrooms:
- Single - a private room with a bed just for one person (single)
- Twin - a private room with two single beds for two people
- Double - a private room with double bed for two people
- Triple - a private room with a combination of beds which can sleep three people
7.4 Private rooms have their own bathroom?
Being a “private room” does not necessarily imply “en suite”. Sanitary facilities are usually shared unless is indicated in the room description as en-suite.
A room with an exclusive bathroom, as opposed to a shared bathroom with other guests rooms, will have "en suite" written next to it, e.g. “single (en suite)”.
7.5 What is a shared room?
A shared room, often known as a multiple or "dorm" room is a room that is shared with other guests during your stay. The number of beds in a room can vary from 2 to 12 beds and will be presented in the description, for ex. "Multiple Room (6 beds)." You can book the number of beds you need.
Note: Some places have shared rooms available only for men or only for women. However, if this is not specified the room may be shared by both men and women.
7.6 How do I book a shared room?
A shared room is booked by bed. You can check the beds available on each room and book it for the period that you need.
